Limited Warranty: APCOM's repair and replacement parts carry a 1 year limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship unless otherwise stated on the package. The original warranty on a water heater is not extended or reduced due to the need to replace parts.

Return: APCOM does not normally authorize returns on replacement parts. Any exception to this policy must be pre-authorized and returned freight prepaid. Part must be returned in its original packaging. Acceptance of the return will be subject to inspection upon receipt and the assessment of a 25% restocking charge, which will be deducted from the refund. APCOM repair and replacement parts found defective within the expressed warranty period will be replaced free of charge provided they are returned prepaid within 30 days from the date of failure. It is possible a verification inspection may be required on the claim. Call 1-800-433-2545 for return authorization.

A description of the nature of failure and a copy of the original sales receipt must accompany the failed returned part.

No other warranty, either expressed or implied is made on behalf of APCOM with respect to repair or replacement parts. A full copy of APCOM Limited Parts Warranty is available upon request.
